The dates are September 19th -21st, 2013. My theme this year is “Celebrating 50 Years of Helping Children” “Children are God’s Rainbows”. My colors are gold and purple represented by a purple iris and a rainbow.

Our Conference banquet dinner will be held on Friday, September 20th. Dress should be semi-formal to formal.

Please dress comfortably for our Saturday morning business session. Lodge jackets, shirts or vests are appropriate. The afternoon session will also be open to everyone wishing to attend. It will begin with the Memorial Service presented by the South Southwest District. Immediately following the service, the meeting will commence with our Guest Speaker, Awards Presentations and the Installation of Officers for 2013-2014.

We sincerely hope that you will put our Conference on your calendar. Please keep in mind that all profits from our May Luncheon, Silent Auction, Chinese Auction and The 365 Club donations go to our two Major projects which are The Florida Elks Therapy Services and The Florida Elks Youth Camp. Your support will be greatly appreciated by the children of Florida. Please join us in “Celebrating 50 Years of Helping Children.”
