2024 February Quarterly

February Quarterly – February 8-10, 2024

Welcoming our National President/Grand Exalted Ruler – Randy Shook & First Lady Wanda

We do hope you are making plans to attend the February Quarterly Meeting of the Florida State Elks Association at the Florida Elks Youth Camp. The dates of the meetings are Feb. 8-10, 2024. These meetings will include a meeting of the Florida Elks Major Projects Committee!

During the Major Projects Committee meeting Saturday, we will have the special pleasure of having the Grand Exalted Ruler/National President, Randy Shook, address the assembly.

There is NO official online preregistration for this event. While on-site, there will be several sign-in books placed randomly throughout the meetings for anyone to sign in on for proof of attendance.

There will be limited printed agendas for the events available, as we have found that most attendees print their own or access a real-time agenda from our website. Online agendas are frequently updated, so you are advised to wait until just before the event to print the agenda.

Umatilla-area hotels are listed in the links on the left.

Great Event for Ladies – Friday, Feb. 9, 2024

A ladies meet-and-greet event with the Grand Exalted Ruler’s wife will be held Friday starting at 11 a.m. in the Smith Conference Center. There will be mimosas, Champagne, & bloody marys, followed by lunch, including wine and dessert. Tickets are $19 and may be purchased here.

Friday Night Dinner & Entertainment at the Camp – Everyone Invited

On Friday night from 5-7 p.m., a dinner will be held in the FEYC dining hall/pavilion. The dinner will be followed at 7 p.m. with a comedy act performance by Chris Gorges. Attendees should bring their own beverages.

All in all, we are planning another great event! Please attend and bring with you a fellow Elk or two, perhaps someone who has never been to our camp or a new member! Plan to participate in the various meetings of the boards and committees, for it is in these meetings that the work of the Florida State Elks Association takes place. It is also in these meetings that you will hear a lot more detail regarding the operations of our Association and our affiliate companies, so much more than you would hear in the highlight reports at the Major Projects Meeting. All meetings will be held in the Grafton Center and are open to all Elks unless otherwise noted.

We are looking forward to seeing you at the February Quarterly!
