On Oct. 5, Sanford Elks Lodge #1241 sponsored a booth at the City of Lake Mary’s National Night Out, an event to promote police-community partnerships. Members distributed drug awareness goody bags with coloring books, literature, bookmarks, ribbons, and information about the state major projects and local Hoop Shoot competition to more than 500 people.
