On May 16, Cocoa Beach Lodge members attended the Cocoa Beach High School senior awards ceremony and presented $12,000 in academic scholarships and $3,000 in vocational scholarships to 17 graduating seniors. The scholarship amounts ranged from $500 to $2,000 and was raised through bingo nights and donations from members and the community.
