On Sept. 20, Cape Coral Elks Lodge #2596 donated $3,500 from the Elks National Foundation Gratitude Grant to the Cape Coral High School JROTC, and the JROTC performed a military drill at the lodge. The funds will be used for travel, uniforms and equipment.
